I'm Sean Leclerc, a Microsoft 365 leader and advisor based in Canada with six years of experience across the platform. I help organizations make clearer decisions, establish practical governance and build services that are secure, supportable and valuable to the people using them.

Good technology leadership is about more than technical answers.

Over six years working with Microsoft 365, my experience has grown to span the full service lifecycle—from enterprise strategy, security and governance to implementation, operations, adoption and continuous improvement.

I have led multidisciplinary teams responsible for collaboration, SharePoint and OneDrive, digital identity, compliance and client enablement. That breadth lets me see how decisions in one part of the platform affect everything around it.

I'm equally comfortable working through a complex technical issue with specialists, shaping a practical operating model with service owners or translating risk and options for senior leaders.
